Skull Drawing, Pencil on Paper 2015

I really like this piece. This is a simple skull study from imagination. I think it works well. The photo here is not the best quality. In person the mark making really matures the work. My plans are to do a few more skulls like this in the future.

Eh… this didn’t quite work. In looking at it, I think that it could still be saved. It needs a lot more effort.

Skull 3

I think I started this, then realized it was too simple for what I was looking for at the time. I think this could actually work though… (goal was to have the many planes that you can see in person on Skull #1.
