This was a work I started but couldn’t finish. It was so far away from being done, I didn’t want to leave it as it was.
The Conversation
I’ve been putting paintings as backgrounds for a while. i liked where this one was going and thought I should break it out into its own work.
Before Session #1
I was focused on using pencil on top of a layer of water color. The method of art making is very time consuming. I like the piece here and think continuing with this style would have resulted in something cool… but I no longer have the patience… I still want to finish it so starting from here, we’ll see if this new approach does anything.
