Initial sketch of an idea. I was looking at a painting by Thiebaud, enjoying looking at a building he had painted, then noticed the title of the work was ‘Mountain and Clouds - 1965’.
Well… I just had to get in there and redo it as a city scape.

This is a start that was going to become a careful rendering of a painting concept I was working on to study the surrounding park space. I didn’t finish but still like this drawing start.
