Kay Sage

I have a soft spot for surrealist painters. Kay Sage was the wife of Yves Tanguy and thus has been overlooked for a long time.

I’m just learning about her. I’m not finding a huge swath of works online for her, I may not have found the treasure trove of images representing her archive yet. She did paint a few arresting images that I will come back to and discuss at a later date. Just getting a place holder down for Sage right now.
